The Site presents information about Wiseboard’s capital and readiness services for Ukrainian defense and dual-use technology companies. It is provided for general information and to let you request a conversation with our team. Nothing on the Site is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, or to enter into any transaction.

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws, including export-control and sanctions rules.
