Invest in the Ukrainian defense industry
Direct access to combat-proven Ukrainian defense companies — screened against your mandate, packaged for your committee, and held in a structure an international investor can legally own and exit. One team accountable from the first call to the wire.
Four kinds of capital come to this market
Different capital comes for different reasons. Each one reaches the same wall at the border — and the same access solves it.
Strategic acquirers & defense primes
Buying capability proven against a peer adversary — autonomy, jamming resistance, counter-UAS, at a wartime cost point. They come for technology and teams, integration partnerships and eventual M&A.
Family offices & private investors
Direct exposure to the sector early, with the verification and structuring an institution would demand, at family-office speed. They come for access and entry prices before the market gets found.
Defense & dual-use funds
Deal flow beyond the companies everyone has already seen, screened to thesis, with packages that shorten committee cycles. They come for pipeline depth and diligence they do not have to build themselves.
Sovereign & strategic capital
Combat-proven capability, production partnerships and technology transfer, from the Gulf to partner nations. They come for larger checks, joint ventures and capability money alone cannot build at home.
Deal flow, verified and structured to close
From your mandate to a closed position: companies you could not see from outside, packaged for your committee, held in a structure you can own and exit.
A curated pipeline
Companies sourced from inside Ukraine's defense ecosystem, before they surface publicly, and screened against your mandate: segment, stage, check size, risk limits. You see fits, not volume.
An investment package
Each company arrives packaged for your committee: a teaser in investor language, verified financials, a documented combat record and a risk register with mitigations. Read it in an evening, decide in a week.
A structure you can own
A cross-border holding an international investor can legally hold and exit: IP moved out of the Ukrainian entity, a clean cap table, governance that holds up. Genuinely clean, not dressed up for the review.
The export path mapped
The licensing and NATO codification route that takes your portfolio company beyond one domestic customer — toward allied programs of record — mapped before you invest. Export eligibility is where the multiple lives.
Deal execution on the ground
Verification in Ukraine, negotiation support, deal structuring and closing. Someone at the table who reads the language, the documents and the room — accountable to your side of the deal.
Value after the close
Production abroad, operations, recruiting and international business development for the companies you fund. The same team stays accountable after the wire, so the plan you invested in gets executed.
Bring a mandate, or bring a thesis. The first call maps both against live companies.
Request pipeline access →The investors and geographies we open
Warm access to the capital that funds defense — mapped to your mandate, not a mass forward of a deck.
The economics behind the edge, one example: Ukrainian interceptor drones are reported to account for over 70% of Shahed kills over Kyiv, at around $2,500 a unit against roughly $4M for a Patriot PAC-3 round. That cost curve is what international buyers are shopping for.
Proven traction, still under the radar
Not pre-product concepts, and not the market leaders every fund has already seen. The pipeline holds the companies with real traction that the market has not found yet.
Pre-product, no revenue, nothing to underwrite yet. Screened out.
Traction, serial or certified production, under the radar, structured for foreign capital and export.
Market leaders raising $100M+ that reach global capital on their own, priced accordingly.
Sourced at the exit of the funnel, not at a demo day
A report shows you the market. A demo day shows you a stage. Neither closes a deal.
| What others offer | What you get here |
|---|---|
| “Here's our market report” | A screened pipeline, sourced and refreshed from inside the ecosystem |
| “Come to our demo day” | A diligence-grade investment package before the first meeting |
| “We know people in Kyiv” | Cross-border structure, IP secured, export path mapped |
| “Battle-tested technology” | A documented combat record and financials, verified on the ground |
| “High risk, high reward” | A risk register with mitigations, war risk separated from company risk |
You leave here with a closed position in a company you could verify, legally own, and exit.
Request pipeline access →The most combat-tested defense industry in the world is also the least capitalized
About one hundredth of one percent of the industry's annual output is matched by venture equity. The producers outbuilt their only customer.
Allied money moved first
Foreign funding of Ukrainian defense production grew roughly tenfold in one year, to $6.1 billion, through the Danish model and direct procurement. Governments already buy here. Private capital has barely started.
Exports opened
Ukraine began controlled defense exports, with the state commission approving the first wartime export licenses. Revenue is no longer capped at one domestic customer, and export contracts are the multiple on every company.
The exit is proven
Swarmer listed on Nasdaq — the sector's first public exit — closing its first trading day up over 500%. Weeks earlier the sector reported its first unicorn. An international liquidity event now exists on the record.
Europe is rearming
NATO allies committed to 5% of GDP on defense, and the EU put €150 billion of SAFE loans behind joint procurement, with Ukraine eligible to join. Combat-proven systems at a wartime cost point are what that money is shopping for.
Built for OPSEC, on both sides
The companies protect how their products work. You protect your mandate and your name. Both hold here.
Under NDA from the first call
Every conversation and every document sits under a signed NDA, in both directions, before anything sensitive is shared.
Off-market by design
Companies and investors are introduced deliberately, one to one. No lists circulate, no logos appear, no deal is discussed in public.
Need-to-know only
Your mandate reaches a company only when you choose to move on it, and no further. The same discipline protects their data until you do.
Questions investors ask first
Tell us your mandate
Your thesis, segments and check size mapped against live, screened companies in the pipeline. Under NDA, no lists, no noise.
