In 90 days, become the person the founder hands the entire analytical and packaging cycle to — from the first model to an investor-ready memorandum — and walks into the negotiation.
What you'll do
Four clusters — the middle of the deal pipeline: screening → packaging.
Modeling & screening
Financial models (3-statement, DCF, comparables), valuation ranges, go/no-go analysis on inbound companies.
Packaging
Teasers, investment memoranda (IM), one-pagers, risk registers — in the investor's language, in both UA and EN.
Data room & DD
Build and run the data room, prepare diligence answers, keep the deal's paperwork clean.
Market & proof
Defense-market research, comparable transactions, benchmarks — every claim evidenced, with a source.
Who fits
Must-have is the entry bar. The right column isn't required, but it accelerates hard.
- 1–4 years in investment banking / TS / valuations / equity research / PE·VC / corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling (3-statement, DCF, comps, precedent) — Excel as reflex
- Write tight and persuasively — IMs and teasers — in UA + EN (C1+)
- Surgical attention to detail and numbers
- Discretion: in defense, confidentiality is the default
- A self-starter, comfortable in the ambiguity of a first hire
- Exposure to defense / dual-use / deeptech / hardware; a sense of TRL
- A network in the defense or investment world
- CFA (any level) or a finance background
- Sell-side deal or capital-raise experience
- Eligibility to handle sensitive information

What success looks like
Get in
Master the packaging pipeline, shadow two live deals, own one data room, produce a first model draft.
Ship
Independently produce a teaser + IM for a new company end-to-end, run comps and market, support DD.
Own
Run screening analytics, deliver investor-ready materials with light review, propose process improvements.
Send, don't tell
Attach your CV and 3–5 sentences: a deal or model you worked on and what you specifically did. A strong bonus — an anonymized sample package or model that shows your hand.
