About this opportunity
Money aimed squarely at ammunition/energetics capacity — a fit for Ukrainian producers plugging into an EU supply chain.
ASAP is the EU's instrument to boost European production capacity for ammunition and missiles, administered by the Commission's defence-industry directorate DG DEFIS. It co-finances industrial investments — new lines, machinery and supply-chain de-bottlenecking — at producers manufacturing inside the Union. Funding targets EU-based producers, so a Ukrainian company realistically engages as a supplier within an EU production chain or through an EU entity.
Eligibility
EU support to ramp up ammunition and missile production. For EU-based producers; enter via an EU entity or as a supplier in an EU chain.
