Advanced Technology International manages a range of US Department of Defense OTA consortia, giving members visibility of and the right to bid on prototype opportunities that never reach public feeds. It plays the same role as NSTXL but across a different set of consortia, so joining widens the pool of solicitations a company can see; award under an OTA still generally needs a US entity.
