Build with Ukraine is the joint-production strand of the wider 'Build in / Build with / Buy from Ukraine' cooperation framework run by Ukraine's Ministry of Defence. It pairs Ukrainian firms with allied primes — BAE Systems, Rheinmetall, Saab and Northrop Grumman are among 25-plus already localizing — to co-produce either inside Ukraine or in the partner country. Access is government-brokered through MOD/DPA matchmaking and a foreign industrial partner, not an open application, and it works both ways: Ukrainian designs scale abroad while allied capacity lands at home.
