CDL Defence is the dual-use stream of the Creative Destruction Lab, a non-profit accelerator originating at the University of Toronto that runs objective-setting programmes without taking equity or fees. Science-based ventures at TRL 4–7 are paired with mentors and workshops drawn from the Canadian Armed Forces and the Munk School to sharpen fit to buyer needs and allied procurement paths. With European sites in Berlin and Estonia, Ukrainian startups apply directly.
