The Danish Model (direct procurement from Ukrainian industry)
Denmark (and Nordic/partner co-funders) with Ukraine MOD
About this opportunity
Bilateral mechanism where Denmark (joined by Sweden, Norway, Canada, Iceland and others) directly funds Ukrainian manufacturers to produce for the front — a large, fast revenue channel for production-ready Ukrainian firms.
The Danish Model is a bilateral arrangement under which Denmark — later joined by Sweden, Norway, Canada, Iceland and others — pays directly for output from Ukrainian defence manufacturers rather than buying finished Western systems. The foreign money follows selections made through Ukraine's Ministry of Defence and procurement agency. A production-ready Ukrainian firm therefore engages via the domestic procurement channel, not by applying to Denmark, and gains a large, fast revenue line.
Eligibility
Foreign funds buy directly from Ukrainian manufacturers selected via Ukraine's MOD/DPA; access is through the Ukrainian procurement channel, not a direct application to Denmark.
