DOT-Chain Defence is the digital marketplace of Ukraine's Defence Procurement Agency (DOT), the state body that centralises military purchasing for the Ministry of Defence. Suppliers register and list on the platform, and units order from an approved catalogue — a transparent, catalogue-based model that NATO partners have been studying. For a Ukrainian producer it is the principal route into state defence contracts, entered by registering directly as a listed supplier.
