EIC Transition is a grant scheme of the European Innovation Council, the EU's Horizon Europe arm for breakthrough and deep-tech innovation. It funds teams to mature promising laboratory results — often from EIC Pathfinder or EU-funded research — into validated technology with a business case, filling the gap before the EIC Accelerator. Ukraine's Horizon association lets Ukrainian entities apply directly, alone or in small consortia.
