The ESA Business Incubation Centres are the European Space Agency's network of startup incubators spread across its member and cooperating states, supporting companies that build space technology or apply space data — Earth observation, navigation, satellite communications — to terrestrial problems. Each centre combines funding, technical mentoring and facilities. Entry requires incorporating in a host country, which makes it a foothold as much as a grant for space-based ISR and comms.
