TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) is the online supplement to the EU Official Journal, published by the EU Publications Office, where public bodies across the Union post procurement notices including defence and security contracts. Many notices are open to non-EU firms, though a Ukrainian company frequently bids most effectively through an EU partner or subsidiary; the platform's open API also makes it a clean automated source for tender tracking.

The EU's public-procurement gazette, incl. defence & security notices. Non-EU firms can bid on many contracts, often best via an EU partner/subsidiary; some defence tenders restrict on security grounds.
