EUDIS is the innovation strand of the European Defence Fund, run by the European Commission to draw startups and SMEs into the EU defence base through hackathons, a business accelerator, investor matchmaking and a spin-in scheme. It carries a lighter entry bar than the main EDF calls, so a Ukrainian company typically engages through an EU-registered entity or partner to join the network.
