MassChallenge is a Boston-founded non-profit accelerator that takes no equity and charges no fee, admitting early-stage startups from anywhere. Industry-agnostic by design, it nonetheless offers dual-use software and hardware a practical path to US and European mentors, corporate partners and non-dilutive prize money. Ukrainian teams that have raised little outside capital can apply directly, though some cash awards may carry site-specific conditions.
