MITS — Military Innovation Technology Solutions — is a Kyiv- and New York-based investment group and one of the largest international backers of Ukraine's defence-tech base. Beyond the MITS Lightning Fund it runs an accelerator with American University Kyiv, a technology lab and an advisory arm. It looks for Ukrainian defence and deep-tech products already validated in combat by the Armed Forces, so founders engage directly through the fund or accelerator intake.

Invests directly in Ukrainian defence/deep-tech startups validated in combat by the AFU; also runs an accelerator and lab.
