DIANA — the Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic — is NATO's dual-use deep-tech accelerator, running challenge-based cohorts that pair grant funding with access to a network of test centres and accelerator sites across the Alliance. It is aimed at companies registered in NATO member states, so a Ukrainian team typically engages through a partner or a locally-incorporated entity.
Eligibility
Applicants must be incorporated in a NATO member nation. Ukraine is not a member → enter via an entity in a DIANA member country. Non-dilutive grant + access to test centres and accelerator sites.
