A membership gateway to U.S. defence prototyping money via OTA consortia. Often the real front door — many solicitations never hit the public feeds.
The National Security Technology Accelerator manages several US Department of Defense OTA consortia, including TReX, through which a large share of prototype work is solicited to members rather than posted on public feeds. A company joins the consortium to see and bid on those calls; award under an Other Transaction still generally requires a US entity.

Manages U.S. DoD OTA consortia (e.g. TReX) — a large share of prototype opportunities flow to members here, not to SAM.gov. Join the consortium to see and bid; award generally needs a U.S. entity.
