SAM.gov is the US government's official System for Award Management, publishing every federal contract opportunity in one searchable feed and serving as the registration point for vendors seeking a Unique Entity ID. FAR/DFARS, ITAR and buy-American rules make direct bidding impractical without a US entity, but a Ukrainian company can mine the feed as live intelligence on what US defence buyers are procuring.
Eligibility
The master feed of U.S. federal solicitations. FAR/DFARS, ITAR and buy-American rules heavily constrain foreign vendors; a U.S. entity + registration (UEI) is effectively required. Useful for demand intelligence even before you can bid.
